We want you and your little ones to be absolutely delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or email confirmation).
- Return request must be submitted to mic0nico024@gmail.com prior to sending the item back.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance and final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened/used teethers, pacifiers, bottles, and other hygiene-sensitive items
How to Return
- Email mic0nico024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and return instructions.
- Ship your item back using your preferred shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mic0nico024@gmail.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
